Ride-Alongs

The Dallas Fire-Rescue Department is proud to be participating in the EMS EXPO held here in Dallas September 27 - October 1, 2010. We are anticipating the EXPO will be a remarkable experience for the attendees and the City of Dallas. We are prepared to offer attendees an opportunity to participate in an EMS EXPO Ambulance Ride-Along- Program. The Ride-Along Program is reserved for attendees 18 years of age and above. Below are the forms that the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department is requiring to be completed and returned no later than August 17, 2010. The forms required are:

The City of Dallas Waiver of Liability
The City of Dallas Confidentiality Agreement 
The City of Dallas Personal Inquiry Waiver
