| Steven C. LeCroy MA, CRTT, NREMTP  Steven C. LeCroy has been with St. Petersburg Fire & Rescue for over 28 years and has attained the rank of Captain. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration a Master's Degree in Homeland Security and is dual licensed as a Paramedic and Respiratory Therapist. In addition, he also coordinates the Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) for St. Petersburg/Pinellas County, Florida. Mr. LeCroy has been an EMS expert witness since 1989 and has been retained by council in over thirty-five cases throughout the United States.back |
